Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and monitoring by coordinating between various stakeholders, managing schedules, and ensuring project milestones are met. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing advanced construction management software and technical skills to drive project success.
Duties
- Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like BuildOps & Accubid.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to support cost control and resource allocation.
- Manage documentation through construction management software such as BuildOps.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders promptly.
- Support the preparation of reports, change orders, and other contractual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for project meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry or related fields.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Experience in civil or general construction projects is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
