Position: Sales Associate (Part-Time – 35 hours/week)

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
- Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Understand each client's needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about products, collections, and services.
- Process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns efficiently and accurately.
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current collections, new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
Merchandise Management
- Perform regular inventory checks.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain impeccable product presentation.
- Inspect merchandise to ensure quality standards are met.
- Organize stockroom inventory for efficient access and replenishment.
Store Operations
- Support the daily operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Maintain the boutique according to SHAN's luxury visual and housekeeping standards.
- Follow company policies related to health and safety, loss prevention, and customer service.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the boutique for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
