Payrate: $24.00/hr.
Overtime Method: Averaging agreement over 88 hours

Job Overview:
The TD Centre is one of Toronto’s premier commercial properties, located in the heart of the financial district. With a large population of office tenants and visitors, this role plays a key part in delivering a high standard of service and supporting the overall tenant experience.
As a Tenant Relations Representative, you will provide a professional and welcoming presence while assisting with tenant inquiries, coordinating requests, and maintaining a positive environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact at key entrances, providing a strong presence to welcome visitors to the property

Supporting access control to the property

Identify and respond proactively to suspicious activity, undesirable behaviour or disturbances, using a tactful and friendly approach

Ensure any lobbies or common areas remain clean by the contract housekeeping and report any issues to building management immediately.

Provide direction and assistance to visitors, call taxis for tenants upon request, maintaining a customer service-first approach at all times

Work closely with Toronto Police, Property Management, and internal security teams as required

Complete accurate incident reports, occurrence reports, and daily logs

Maintain situational awareness in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment with a focus on de-escalation

Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures in a respectful and professional manner

Assist in the set up and execution of CF Tenant Engagement events hosted in office tower lobbies to enhance tenant experience.
Prerequisites:
-
Previous experience in a customer service role
-
Security License in the province of Ontario
-
Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and professional attitude
-
Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy

Ability to stand and/or walk for for extended periods
-
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
-
Provide exceptional customer service, including “white glove” hospitality and client service
-
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
-
Prior experience in security would be considered an asset

Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force/Management of Aggressive Behavior certification program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
