JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with entering and scheduling inbound lab cases
- Arranging courier pickups and deliveries
- Answering phone calls and emails from dental offices
- Assisting customers with questions, requests, and timelines
- Communicating case details with the production team
- Keeping records and case information up to date
- Supporting daily front office operations in a fast-paced lab
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good data entry and organizational skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and positive team player
- Able to use computers and office system efficiently
