You Are:
An experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with strong AMS and post-go-live support experience. You are comfortable operating in a high-priority, fast-paced environments and can quickly integrate into ongoing engagements while delivering value from day one. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive mindset to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
The Work:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to support a high priority AMS engagement with a global client. This role requires quickly ramping into an active environment and supporting ongoing operations and stabilization efforts.

Supporting knowledge transfer activities and ensuring a smooth transition from the incumbent team

Manage incidents, service requests, and system issues across SuccessFactors modules

Maintaining documentation, runbooks, and adherence to SLA and ITIL processes

Identifying process improvements and implementing enhancements to improve system performance

Partnering with stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and drive continuous improvement

This role requires to be onsite in local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Here's what you need:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including AMS or post-go-live support environments

Hands-on experience with at least two SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation)

Strong understanding of global HR processes and system integrations

Experience supporting knowledge transfer (KT) and vendor transitions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams

Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Industry experience in beauty, retail, or consumer goods

SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules

Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
