Neuro-Rehab Services Inc (NRS) provides all therapies to those in need; we are looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker in the Toronto area.
RSW work under the direction of one or more regulated health professionals. RSW is usually offered in the home, community (including local fitness clubs), work place or school.
- Attendance and participation in weekly case conferences with the interdisciplinary team
- Working cooperatively with clients, treatment teams to achieve specific objective and measurable goals
- Job demands analyses (physical and cognitive-behavioural)
- Well-developed interpersonal, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve patient care issues
- Ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate patient care activities
