We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Laundromat Manager to help lead daily operations, support our growing team, and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.
Position Overview
The Laundromat Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundromat while maintaining Sudify’s high standards for cleanliness, customer service, efficiency, and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and welcoming business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily laundromat operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Supervise, train, and support attendants and laundry staff
- Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, organized, and fully stocked
- Monitor machine functionality and coordinate maintenance/repairs when needed
- Assist with wash & fold, commercial laundry, and pickup/delivery operations as required
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash management, and reporting
- Maintain inventory of soaps, supplies, and vending products
- Help improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and local business relationships
- Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in laundromat, hospitality, retail, cleaning, or customer service industries is an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
