Sarnia Volkswagen is looking for a dependable and hard-working Fixed Operations Support Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on, physical role that helps keep our service and parts departments running efficiently day to day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
This position involves regular lifting, moving tires and automotive materials, vehicle shuttling, and working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. It’s a great fit for someone who prefers being on their feet and staying busy throughout the day.

Move and organize tires, parts, and shop materials

Shuttle dealership and customer vehicles to off-site vendors for glass, body, tint, oil spray, detailing, and related services

Move vehicles around the dealership property and between departments

Assist with receiving and organizing parts deliveries

Support cleanliness and organization of the shop, service drive, and property

Complete general maintenance and operational support tasks

Assist the service and parts teams as needed

Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and move tires and automotive materials regularly

Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Positive attitude and willingness to help the team

Automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but not required

$18–$20/hour based on experience
