MacDonald Buick GMC Cadillac, a well-established and family-oriented dealership in Moncton, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in the service department
- Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle status and recommend services
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive experience (Service Advisor experience preferred)
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dealership related experience a must
- Valid Driver License required
