Generations Cleaning is a rapidly expanding company proudly serving a diverse range of commercial clients - including large retail stores, condominiums, co-ops, apartment buildings, offices, medical facilities, and industrial/manufacturing sites.
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Superintendent/Heavy Duty Cleaner for a condominium located in Newcastle. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Compensation: $19.25/hour

Employment Type: Part-time.

Location: Newcastle.
Role Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, elevators, hallways, gyms, and lounges.

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes and small repairs as directed by the Property Manager.

Conduct suite and hallway inspections.

Complete minor touch-up painting and respond to tenant maintenance requests as needed.

Maintain the garbage room and remove waste from public bins.
Carry out regular exterior inspections (parking lots, smoking areas, grounds) and ensure all areas are clean and debris-free.
