Graham Distributors Ltd. is a friendly, growing company serving customers in the janitorial, packaging, safety, and facility supply industries. We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Port Coquitlam.
This role is primarily focused on customer service, inside sales, and order support. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable helping customers by phone and email in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
- Enter orders and provide product support
- Help with order follow-up, availability, and general customer inquiries
- Assist with purchasing and stock replenishment
- Work with the warehouse team to help keep orders moving smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Inside sales, customer service, or order desk experience is an asset
- Purchasing or inventory experience is an asset
- Comfortable with computer-based work and multitasking
- Experience in the industry is an asset
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
