Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily sales routes, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product availability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting. Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle along designated routes to deliver products and services to customers
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to increase sales opportunities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries professionally
- Merchandize products on shelves and displays according to company standards
- Manage inventory levels, pricing, and product displays to maximize sales potential
- Perform heavy lifting of products and supplies as needed during deliveries and restocking
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions
- Organize daily route schedules efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid D driver’s license or willing to obtain with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Ability to upsell products and identify new sales opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning and inventory management
- Basic math skills for handling pricing, transactions, and record keeping
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during routes
- Good organizational skills to manage daily schedules efficiently
- Experience in the agricultural industry would be a preferred assesst

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
