Project / Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide project leadership and oversight for the implementation of Connexall as the replacement solution for TeleTracking Housekeeping and Portering workflows. The PM will establish and maintain effective project governance, planning, financial oversight, and delivery controls, ensuring successful execution in alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, budget, and operational readiness requirements. The Senior PM is accountable for end-to-end project management oversight, including governance establishment, integrated planning, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and executive-level reporting. The PM will rely on designated workstream leads (clinical, operational, technical, change, data, and vendor) to deliver detailed scope and outputs, while retaining accountability for overall project performance and outcomes.
Responsibilities / Deliverables:
The Sr. Project Manager responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:
- Establish and operationalize the project governance structure.
- Ensure alignment between operational stakeholders, digital health, clinical, and the vendor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project activities align with organizational, clinical, privacy, and change management standards.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated Project Management Plan.
- Coordinate inputs from workstream leads to ensure plans are realistic, integrated, and achievable.
- Establish project controls for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and manage the project budget in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track expenditures, forecast variances, and support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing across workstreams and support resolution of capacity constraints or conflicts.
- Monitor interdependencies between Housekeeping, Portering, integration, analytics, and change activities.
- The PM is expected to scale effort appropriately while maintaining continuity of oversight and accountability.
Experience / Skills Requirements:
The Sr. Project Manager should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Degree, Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience in related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience, including senior project leadership roles on complex enterprise initiatives.
3. Proven experience leading large, multi‑workstream implementations with .
4. Formal project management training and certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
5. Demonstrated experience establishing and operating formal project governance structures, including Steering Committees and executive reporting.
6. Experience working within British Columbia health authorities, provincial healthcare organizations, or comparable public-sector environments.
7. Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving clinical operations, facilities, or support services.
8. Prior experience with TeleTracking, Connexall, or is strongly preferred.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage technology-enabled transformations .
10. Proven experience managing vendor‑led implementations, including, but not limited to Oversight of vendor deliverables and milestones.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and senior leadership audiences.
