Responsibilities

- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Support customer service inquiries promptly, ensuring positive client experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in business development and account management
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in sales promotion
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights
- Fluency in English and French is preferred to serve a diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in technology sales or related fields is a plus
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
