Overview
Retouch Services is looking for a motivated and hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer-facing sales with hands-on exterior cleaning work, including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other property maintenance services. Responsibilities include generating leads, speaking with potential customers, providing estimates, closing sales, and performing the cleaning services sold. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting equipment, working at heights when required, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous sales or exterior cleaning experience is an asset but not required, as training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both interacting with customers and seeing the results of their work firsthand.
Pay: $500.00-$3,000.00 per week
