LINE COOK
LINE COOK will have several key duties and responsibilities that are essential to achieve success in their role. This includes working collaboratively with managers, ensuring top-notch health and safety standards, and training all kitchen staff. Other duties may include:
- Check food plating, temperature and correct portion size.
- Set standards for kitchen cleanliness and ensuring cleaning is done regularly
- Maintain prep list and freezer pulls
- Regularly check and record fridge temperatures on temp sheets
- Make sure front of house staff and kitchen staff maintain an amicable relationship
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
