Part Time Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will support the front desk operations with confidence and professionalism while also assisting behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the business running smoothly. In addition to greeting clients and coordinating appointments, monitor and respond to the customer care inbox, prepare basic reports, and complete administrative tasks in support of the service team. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure their experience is seamless from first interaction through delivery and post-purchase support.
In this role, you will confidently handle challenging customer service scenarios with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and coordinate effectively with internal teams will help resolve issues efficiently, maintain positive customer relationships, and uphold our reputation for exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a strong first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear information and assistance
- Handle challenging customer service situations with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving
- Communicate customer needs and concerns to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Accurately process payments, records, customer information, messages, and documentation
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day store operations by assisting teammates as needed

What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- A customer-first mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Experience handling customer inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Confidence using scheduling systems, point-of-sale tools, and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
