Synergie is recruiting for several Warehouse Associates in the Warehouse Industry in Belleville, Ontario.
Join a fast-paced distribution center in Belleville, Ontario as a hands-on Warehouse Associate. This is an immediate start opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, a 4-day work week, and competitive pay in a team-based logistics environment.
A typical day:
- Offload products from trailers onto storage pallets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Label and package orders accurately for shipment
- Support daily warehouse operations and team workflow
- Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
You bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to handle loads up to 70 lbs consistently
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- A strong understanding of how to operate material handling equipment
- A clean criminal record
- CSA-approved safety shoes
Soft skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers to meet daily targets
- Strong listening skills with the ability to report issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory handling
- Ready to start immediately and adapt quickly to new processes
Total rewards:
- $19.50 - $20.00 hourly
- 4 day Work week
- Weekly Pay including 4% Vacation pay
- Work a stable Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday schedule - 7:00am - 5:30pm
