Based in Westboro Ottawa, we are a fast-growing company focused on helping small to medium-sized businesses succeed online. We are a ~30 person agency producing industry leading websites, marketing solutions and video services.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing new and existing client relationships, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects according to clients needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping translate business goals into clear digital marketing strategies and growth plans.
- Take ownership of account direction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, lead quality, and ROI across channels.
- Lead strategic client conversations, including onboarding, quarterly reviews, and ongoing optimization discussions.
- Develop and refine multi-channel digital strategies that align paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics into a cohesive growth approach.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities within accounts, including expansion of services, budgets, and new channel testing.
- Use performance data and market insights to guide strategic recommendations rather than purely reporting on results acheived.
- Partner with internal specialists to shape campaign strategy, not just execute deliverables, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives.
- Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and commercial understanding of their business and industry.
- Anticipate client needs and potential challenges before they arise, providing proactive solutions and strategic direction.
- Ensure all account activity is aligned to measurable business outcomes such as lead quality, conversion rate, and revenue impact.
