Overview
We are currently hiring for a position focused on screen printing and heat press work. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing skills in graphic arts, apparel decoration, and visual design. Duties
- Operate screen printing and heat press equipment to produce custom designs on apparel and other materials
- Assist with preparing artwork files for printing, including basic digital design tasks
- Set up and calibrate printing machinery to ensure accurate color matching and placement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring designs meet client specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete orders efficiently and on time
- Learn and apply various design principles, including typography, visual arts painting, and graphic design techniques
Requirements
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided on all equipment and processes
- Basic familiarity with digital design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe InDesign is a plus but not required
- Interest in graphic design, visual arts, or related creative fields is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills related to screen printing, heat press operations, and design software
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward ongoing professional development
