Job Summary:
The Growth Marketing Manager – Partnerships Canada is responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives with consortia, host agencies, key partners, and other North American trade accounts. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and relationship management to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative marketing programs, and strengthen partner engagement. Working closely with Business Development and cross-functional teams, the incumbent helps position Collette as the most advisor-friendly tour operator while delivering measurable business results.
Primary Functions:

Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue across key trade partnerships.

Translate business objectives and partner goals into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely with Business Development to support account plans and shared growth initiatives.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Product, Creative, Project Management, and Operations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs.

Manage partner marketing budgets, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and ROI measurement.

Analyze partner performance, advisor engagement, campaign results, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

Present results, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders and partner organizations.

Represent Collette at partner meetings, industry events, and trade engagements.

Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, advisor feedback, and partner priorities to inform future strategies.

Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis, innovation, and best-practice sharing.

Manage direct reports and support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, sales, product marketing, or related disciplines with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Knowledge of partner marketing, account-based marketing, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth strategies.

Experience working with consortia, host agencies, travel advisors, trade partners, or the travel and tourism industry preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, market intelligence, advisor feedback, and performance insights to identify opportunities and drive results.

Experience managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and measuring marketing effectiveness.

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience using CRM systems, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams, think strategically, solve problems, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for partner meetings, trade events, and internal collaboration as needed.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000 CAD.
