Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to various locations throughout Greater Victoria.
Duties:
- Safely transport packages to designated locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Perform warehouse duties as needed, including heavy lifting and moving packages
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Previous experience in commercial driving or courier services is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
