Full-Time Chef

TVF is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee our catering operations. This full-time role is responsible for daily food service operations, food prepartion and overseeing, staff supervision, food safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be passionate about food, customer service, and community engagement while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of catering services and other services, based on a weekly schedule.
Schedule, supervise, and train kitchen and service staff.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Coordinate catering orders, events, and schedules within parent company.
Creative, flexible and fluctuationing menu, monitoring inventory, food sourcing, purchasing, and food cost controls.
Maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
Develop and implement efficient operating procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery.
Ensure equipment, vehicles, and facilities are maintained and operational.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of food service experience.
Experience in catering, food trucks, restaurants, or institutional food service preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Food Safety Certification
