Infinitek is partnering with a leading civil construction and infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager for a major opportunity based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
This position is ideal for a driven construction professional with a strong background delivering large-scale civil projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing complex project execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage construction schedules while ensuring all environmental and safety requirements are met
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and contract compliance
- Lead client meetings and resolve project, design, and construction-related challenges
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved engineering designs and specifications
- Prepare and manage progress claims, invoicing, and project reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience managing large civil construction projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.Eng designation preferred
- P.Tech certification required
- PMP certification considered an asset
- Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with MS Project and Excel
- Full professional proficiency in English
