Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They must excel in digital marketing (social, SEO, paid media), project management, franchisee support, and be comfortable managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing & Brand Management
- Lead development and execution of annual marketing plans across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business priorities.
- Manage and execute national campaigns, promotions, and programs across all consumer touchpoints (in-store, digital, social, loyalty, email, web).
- Create briefs, coordinate internal teams, and manage external agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee digital media strategy and execution including social media content, influencer programs, paid media, SEO/SEM, and community engagement.
- Optimize web, mobile app, and e-commerce experiences to improve conversion and customer journey.
- Manage relationships with digital partners and oversee analytics reporting and dashboards.
Loyalty, CRM & Email
- Develop and execute loyalty and CRM strategies to increase frequency, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage email/SMS campaign planning, segmentation, content creation, and performance optimization.
Local Store Marketing & Franchisee Support
- Serve as the main marketing contact for franchisees, supporting local marketing requests and custom store-level initiatives.
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance to increase awareness and traffic in local markets.
- Present marketing results, opportunities, and new programs to franchisees and operations teams.
Analytics, Reporting & Business Performance
- Analyze sales, menu mix, digital performance, and campaign KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Produce reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
Project Management
- Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
- Independently drive initiatives with minimal supervision while proactively identifying opportunities and resolving issues.

Requirements:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing and project management.
- Experience in the foodservice, restaurant, or franchising industries strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM systems, and e-commerce tools an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
