Summary
Nuvé Partners is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Bookkeeping & Technology Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role combines traditional bookkeeping responsibilities with the opportunity to help modernize internal processes using digital platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on bookkeeping experience, enjoys problem-solving, and is curious about how technology can improve efficiency, reporting, communication, and workflows across the business.

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis tasks
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed
Technology & Process Improvement
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workflows using technology and automation
- Help implement and manage digital platforms and business tools
- Explore and support the use of AI tools to improve administrative and financial processes
- Assist with streamlining reporting, document management, and operational procedures
- Support integration and organization of cloud-based systems and software
- Help improve internal efficiencies across finance and administration functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Interest in technology, automation, AI tools, and process improvement
- Comfortable learning and using new software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
