Job Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives in your designated territory. Your mission is to maintain and grow an existing dealer base, foster strong relationships with clients, and spearhead business development efforts. You will leverage your expertise in outside sales and account management to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. What you’ll do
- Maintain and grow an existing dealer base of decorative bathroom showrooms
- Develop and implement strategic plans for for each dealer with a view to driving growth
- Utilize CRM software, such as HubSpot, to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and forecast future sales trends.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions to drive ICO knowledge throughout the industry
- Work with interior designers, home builders, and other influencers to ensure the ICO brand is their first choice - work through dealers to drive this demand back to ICO
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that boost brand visibility and drive demand.

- You excel in face-to-face dealer sales, spending time on the road building connections and securing new business, with a talent for educating and influencing showroom staff and designers.
- A true team player, you collaborate well within a supportive environment while being self-driven to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- You naturally build long-term, trusted relationships and excel at matching products to the unique needs of each client.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in bathroom product sales or similar (interior lighting, home appliances, furnishings, or flooring) will give you a competitive edge.
