Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk in customers, email and phone inquiries; prioritize and direct accordingly
- Prepare basic quotes for pumps, valves, compressors and related parts
- Review inventory of safety supplies, consumables and parts, order and restock as needed
- Prepare purchase orders for subcontracted work and parts to support shop manager(s)
- Conduct annual inventory counts as directed by department manager(s)
- Administrative tasks including; booking travel and accommodations, arranging staff training, filing expense reports, arranging maintenance for service vehicles and other tasks as needed
- Expediting and tracking purchase orders to ensure equipment and parts arrive
- Assist department director, shop manager(s) and sales staff as directed
Required Skills and Abilities
- Administrative experience considered an asset
- Parts and customer service experience an asset
- Some basic mechanical aptitude is required
- Good interpersonal skills, phone skills and etiquette
- Computer and software literate
- Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
- Forklift experience or certification an asset
- Occasional heavy lifting, pushing and pulling as well as kneeling, bending, and occasional work above shoulder height
- Working withing existing company systems and procedures
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to take instructions and carry them out

Compensation will be commensurate with experience
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
