This position is primarily responsible for providing warranty work, completing installations, minor repairs, and/or replacing Golden Windows products.
Duties include:
- Install/repair various products including but not limited to window/door frames. Glass units, hardware and screens.
- Supply of various products to customers
- Follow all company safety policies and site safety requirements
- Load and unload customer orders
- Provides exceptional customer service by listening and responding appropriately
- Assists other Delivery Drivers on trucks as required
- Complete required service reports after every scheduled job
- Follow up with customer service representatives to ensure correct parts are being ordered
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use various hand tools
- Able to read shop drawings and calculate metric and imperial measurements
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to work flexible hours (early starts, occasional overtime)
- Job involves heavy lifting
- Ability to accommodate overnight trips (within service requirements)
- 40 Hours/Week required
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must have valid G driver license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a construction or manufacturing environment required
- Must have basic knowledge of using hand and power tools
- Previous experience installing windows and doors is considered an asset
- Customer service experience
