What We’re Looking For
Aarde Underground Inc. is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for upcoming Directional Drilling / HDD projects, other utility/construction work.
We are looking for experienced Directional Drillers and Directional locator. Experience in horizontal directional drilling is preferred, but we are also open to the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and experience operating equipment in the utility or construction industry.
Requirements
- Experience with horizontal directional drilling is preferred
- Directional Driller experience is required for Driller positions
- Experience as a Directional locator, HDD labourer, or utility crew member is an asset
- Experience operating equipment such as rubber tire backhoe, excavator, hydrovac, skid steer, or similar equipment is an asset
- Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence is required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both in-town and out-of-town jobs
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in utility/construction environments
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- May be subject to additional testing as required by client/site policies
