About the role:
We're recruiting a Labourer for a well-established timber manufacturing business in Buckingham, producing high-quality bespoke timber products. You'll join a skilled, fast-paced production team in a busy workshop environment.
What you'll do:
- Operate timber machinery safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and assemble timber components accurately
- Use hand tools including nail guns and other assembly tools
- Carry out basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Support general production and workshop tasks
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience using hand tools, including nail guns
- A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
What's on offer:
- £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.21 with a £0.50 production bonus for a full week worked
- Stable, full-time Monday to Friday hours
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5pm, Friday 7.30am to 11.30am
