Schedule: Monday-Friday- 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces within our manufacturing facility, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paints, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Operate a forklift to move materials as needed for painting and finishing.
- Ensure even, high-quality finishes on structural steel and other materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following established protocols.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of painting supplies and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality targets.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial painting or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to operate a forklift and safely handle materials (certification is an asset).
- Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in painting and surface preparation.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
