SESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS
For over a century, Providence has been a non-denominational Christian academic community that teaches people to grow in knowledge and character for leadership and service. Providence infuses learning with Christian faith to form and equip students for a wide variety of vocations to participate in God’s creative and redemptive work in the world.
The main Providence campus is located on the banks of the Rat River in the small town of Otterburne, Manitoba. This is 15 minutes south of Niverville, 20 minutes west of Steinbach, and 30 minutes south of Winnipeg. This rural campus is surrounded by forest, river, grassland, and agricultural land. It boasts a vibrant student life center, new and renovated student residences, an extensive library, gym, and more. This campus is located on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, and Métis peoples. We live together according to Treaty One. We seek to understand indigenous perspectives and the story of the land on which our campus rests.
