Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Hand / Shop Supervisor to assemble and wire industrial control panels while leading shop workflow, supporting the team, and coordinating builds to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels
- Lead shop team and provide direction on panel builds
- Plan workflow and coordinate with Project Managers/Engineering
- Order and manage shop consumables
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Mount components (PLC, HMI, VFD, relays, breakers, etc.)
- Perform drilling, tapping, and panel modifications
- Ensure proper wire routing, sizing, and colour coding
- Maintain CSA, UL, and internal quality standards
- Work safely with hand and power tools
Qualifications
- Experience in panel building and industrial wiring
- Leadership or lead hand experience (preferred)
- Electrical/electronics education (asset)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid G driver’s license

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
