We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team part-time at Escape Games Canada. If you are dedicated to great customer service, we want to hear from you! The right candidate will already have experience playing escape rooms and must be available on weekends. They must be okay to stand and walk for long periods of time. Applicants should be energetic, comfortable managing cash, comfortable working autonomously, great communicators, and able to multitask!
Job Requirements:
- Flexible availability, must be able to work weekends (Friday - Sunday)
-Experience playing escape rooms
-Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
-Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience
Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Setting up and preparing escape rooms for customers
-Monitoring groups as they play through escape rooms
-Providing hints and customer service as needed while groups play
-Selling tickets and greeting groups as they arrive
-Answering email and phone inquiries
-Cleaning duties as needed
-Coordinating staff
-Acting as facility manager as needed
-Corporate event coordination
We are looking for someone who is available for 25-32 hours per week to join our amazing team! If you have other applicable skills, please let us know--acting experience, management experience, coding and/or engineering, and art design are all valuable skills to us. The position does have the potential for growth within the company.
