We are seeking a Highly Organized, Focused and Experienced Team Lead in Service Department
Responsibilities
- Take in Customer Vehicles for Service and follow Maintenance or Repair through with Technicians to completion.
- Keep Customers updated through Repair process.
- Order parts if needed
- Complete billing and process payment on Pick up.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service throughout process.
- Able to deliberate with Technicians to optimal outcome through any repairs as needed.
- Keep Service Department and Lot organized and running smoothly on a daily basis.
- Colaborate with Parts Department regarding needed parts and inventory levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Work Location: In person
