Skinnovate is a modern, patient-focused wellness and aesthetics clinic located in the heart of beautiful Coal Harbour, Vancouver. We are currently seeking a talented, motivated, and sales-oriented Medical Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient care, advanced aesthetic treatments, and helping clients achieve exceptional results.
Compensation
- $20–$38 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set)
- Additional 10% commission on skincare product sales
- Opportunity for growth as the clinic continues to expand
Required Experience & Skills
Applicants should have experience with:
- Hydrafacial treatments (required)
- Microneedling using DP4 Pen (required)
- Chemical peels
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- Skincare product recommendations and retail sales
- Client education and treatment follow-up
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Aerolase laser treatments
- Advanced aesthetic procedures
- Medical aesthetics clinic experience
- Wellness and functional medicine environments

- Able to upsell and cross-refer patients to other services within the clinic when appropriate
- Sales-minded while maintaining a high level of ethical patient care
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Perform Hydrafacial treatments
- Perform Microneedling (DP4 Pen) treatments
- Conduct skin assessments and consultations
- Perform chemical peels and other aesthetic treatments within scope of practice
- Educate patients on skincare routines and treatment options
- Recommend and sell professional skincare products
- Support patient retention and treatment plan compliance
- Assist with promoting clinic services and special programs
- Maintain treatment rooms and ensure excellent patient experience
