Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure that customer purchases are entered into the till accurately and efficiently, while offering superior customer service during each customer transaction
· Use proactive customer service skills to promptly assist customers to locate merchandise and answer customer inquiries accordingly; direct pharmacy related inquiries to appropriate staff as needed
· Front face product on shelves and in prescription and OTC sections; check for expired products
· Direct internal and external telephone inquiries to the appropriate department staff, consistently adhering to company telephone etiquette
· Responsible for light cleaning duties including: sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming and any other tasks as requested by the Department Manager
· Assist pharmacy department with packaging and labeling of prescription orders
· Prepare prescription deliveries for pick up by Roulston’s Delivery Team
· Any other task assigned by Pharmacy Manager or Staff Pharmacists

Previous pharmacy experience considered an asset.
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
