Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Able to perform Russian Manure is an asset.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent communication skills and building rapport with clients
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments
Skills
- Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to client needs
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product options
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently and professionally
