ABOUT KASI
KASI Technologies is a Canadian specialty equipment company providing heat treating, field machining, hydraulic bolting, equipment rentals, and related services to customers across the pipeline, oil sands, fabrication, mining, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
Based in Sherwood Park and Fort McMurray, KASI is part of the Gallant-Fong Group of companies operating across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the UAE.
We're looking for a General Manager who can lead the business, support the team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure KASI continues to deliver exceptional service and results.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a leader who enjoys being in front of customers, supporting employees, and taking ownership of the day-to-day success of the business.
Reporting to the Gallant-Fong Group Executive Team, you will lead a team of approximately 8-10 employees while helping strengthen customer relationships, support business development, and ensure KASI continues to deliver exceptional service and results.
The successful candidate will be visible, approachable, and hands-on. They will make sound business decisions, drive accountability, support continuous improvement, and build on the strong foundation that already exists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the team while creating a culture of accountability and customer excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
- Support business development and identify opportunities for growth within existing and prospective accounts.
- Oversee equipment sales, rentals, repairs, and calibration services.
- Improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Manage key performance indicators, budgets, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Make sound decisions and operate with an ownership mindset.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of leadership experience in industrial distribution, equipment rental, field services, manufacturing support, MRO, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated success building customer relationships and supporting business growth.
- Experience leading both people and operations.
- Strong business acumen with direct P&L responsibility.
- Comfortable making decisions, holding people accountable, and leading from the front.
- Field experience or a strong understanding of industrial work environments is considered an asset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $140,000 - $165,000 Annual based on Experience

LOCATION
Sherwood Park, Alberta
Occasional travel to Fort McMurray and customer sites will be required.
