Elation Education Early Learning Centre is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Teacher to work in our 30 months to school age classroom.
Our centre is a small, supportive environment with 16 children in total, including 8 children in our Junior Kindergarten program. We are located in Coquitlam near IKEA and Braid SkyTrain Station.
This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working closely with young children and values a collaborative team environment. This educator should be confident, responsible and comfortable in running the classroom by themselves. We are looking for someone to work 4 days a week and is flexible in working 5 days if needed.
Please note the wage listed already includes the provincial BC wage enhancement.
Wage is $19 - $21 before Wage Enhancement
Wage $25-27 after Wage Enhancement

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Supervise children and ensure their well-being at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Work collaboratively with other educators
Qualifications
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) License to Practice
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Criminal Record Check
