We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our landscape construction team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience in hardscape and landscape installations, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install interlock patios, walkways, and driveways
- Build retaining walls, garden beds, and outdoor living spaces
- Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Install sod, plants, trees, and mulch
- Operate landscape construction equipment and power tools
- Read and follow landscape plans and specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of landscape construction experience
- Experience with interlock, natural stone, and retaining wall installation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
