Role Overview:
Speedlogistics Truck Line is seeking a motivated Safety Coordinator to join our Edmonton team. If you have a basic understanding of commercial trucks and trailers, an eye for detail, and a strong willingness to learn, we will provide the training you need to build a career in transport safety and fleet maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Equipment Safety: Monitor and schedule truck and trailer repair orders.
- Inspection Audits: Collect and organize driver pre-trip and post-trip logs to ensure mechanical defects are addressed immediately.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate driver files, safety documentation, and compliance records.
- Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between company drivers and shop mechanics to ensure minimal downtime.
