Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities for our residential developments. This role will assist with day-to-day marketing coordination, content creation, social media updates, event support, and administrative tasks that help promote Luxuria Homes projects and strengthen our brand presence.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives for residential developments.
- Support website updates, social media posts, and basic digital engagement activities.
- Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing materials, signage, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Support launch events, open houses, showhome events, and community engagement activities.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking as directed.
- Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and internal teams to support timely completion of marketing tasks.
- Maintain marketing calendars, organize files, assist with budget tracking, and help prepare basic campaign reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.
- Attend occasional site visits in Calgary and surrounding areas. PPE will be provided and must be worn where required.
- Assist with event set-up and attendance as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Comfortable assisting with social media, website updates, and basic content creation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace; experience with Canva, CRM systems, or digital marketing tools is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
