We’re Hiring: Part-Time Receptionist
Rockwater is looking for a friendly, reliable part-time receptionist to join our team.
Position Details:
- 20–25 hours per week
- Daytime weekday hours
- $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
- Applicants must be available to begin employment by August 1st
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner
- Coordinating schedules and managing appointments
- Following up and communicating with clients
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Learning our treatments, services, and skincare products to confidently answer questions and guide clients
- Recommending and suggesting appropriate treatments and retail products based on client needs
- Helping create an exceptional client experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Friendly, polished, and comfortable working with the public
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- A willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about medical aesthetic treatments and skincare products
- Experience in medical aesthetics is considered a strong asset
- Previous experience in sales or client service is an asset
