We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact between our customers and technicians, helping ensure every customer receives clear communication, accurate repair information, and an excellent service experience.
Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create repair orders and review recommended services
- Communicate with technicians regarding diagnosis, repairs, and timelines
- Provide customers with estimates, updates, and repair explanations
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
- Review completed repairs with customers at vehicle pickup
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership procedures
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous service advisor experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Good organization and time management skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience with PBS or similar systems is an asset
