We’re adding experienced commercial flat roofers and foremen as part of steady, long-term growth. This isn’t a rescue mission or a short-term push - it’s a place for people who want consistency, fair treatment, and work they’re proud to put their name on.

- Install and repair flat roofing systems specializing in SBS Torch on applications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work on construction sites adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Perform maintenance and restoration work on existing roofs.
- Lift heavy materials safely to prevent injuries.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial flat roofing installation or repair.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
- Excellent hand tool and power tool skills.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
- Commitment to safety standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior construction site experience preferred.
