The Production Team Associate plays an important role in manufacturing modular building components in a safe, efficient, and quality-driven production environment, while collaborating with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Operations Manager to meet company production and business goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in residential construction
- Positive attitude towards working with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong passion for manufacturing
- Proficient in using power tools, various saws, and hand tools
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your Team Lead, other team members, trades, and interacting with supervisors and the Operations Manager
- Manufacturing of the following components for modular builds and delivery to construction sites:
- Preparing, and installing pre-assembled cabinets
- Preparing and installing countertops
- Installation washroom accessories
- Assemble wood products using hand and power tools
- Ensure products are built to the provided specification and meet quality control standards
- Ensure that your production meets or exceeds the targets provided for safety, quality, production throughput, and labour efficiency
- Work with team leads and team members to meet EASTCUT’s production and business goals
- Other responsibilities as agreed and assigned
