Job Summary:
Rockwell Management Inc. is looking for an Construction Manager to help overseeing the estimating, planning and completion of medium scale projects. Candidate must be a multi- tasking person who has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, and can effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. At the start of each project, you will collaborate with other departments to discuss the scope and budget. Then you will monitor each phase, ensuring the staff works efficiently and that the final product meets our client’s expectations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member
- Make sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and on budget
- Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary
- Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive throughout the project
- Create reports for upper management that the project has achieved its objectives
- Developing estimates, identifying cost breakdowns, clarifications, and job scope details
- Leading a strong effective team that recognizes the vision of our company and respects your leadership
- Ensuring the project is in compliance with company safety policies, regulations, and permits
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of prior experience in Construction management is desired
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
