Contract Period: July 13, 2026 – August 28, 2026
We are seeking a Locum Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team for a temporary full-time position.
This locum opportunity will be divided between our two clinic locations:
- Approximately 1 month at our Oshawa clinic
- Approximately 2 weeks at our Pickering clinic
Our clinics provide a comprehensive range of rehabilitation and wellness services, including physiotherapy and orthopedic products. We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused professional who is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation services
- Educate and counsel patients regarding injury prevention, recovery, and wellness
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic clinical records
- Complete and manage WSIB documentation and reporting requirements
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Strong assessment, treatment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and maximize their potential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong time-management abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with WSIB documentation is preferred
- Manual therapy training and experience are considered an asset
